Join DCI Indonesia as a Project HSE Officer and become a pivotal force in ensuring workplace safety excellence across our construction projects. In this critical role, you will drive proactive safety culture by developing comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans for all vendors before project commencement. Your expertise will safeguard our teams, assets, and the environment while ensuring full compliance with national regulations and international standards. You'll conduct rigorous site inspections, implement risk mitigation strategies, and foster continuous improvement in safety protocols. This position offers the opportunity to shape safety outcomes in high-impact infrastructure projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve zero-incident goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and review comprehensive HSE plans for vendors and contractors prior to project initiation
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards
- Enforce compliance with OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, and Indonesian K3 regulations
- Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Deliver targeted HSE training programs for workers and supervisors
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management and pollution control
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and safety drills
- Prepare monthly HSE performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction or heavy industry
- Professional certification (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations and international safety standards
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Excellent communication and training capabilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in HSE software (SHEQ, Audits Pro, or similar)
- Certified First Aid and Fire Safety Trainer credentials preferred
