PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera (BKS) is a subsidiary of the BRI Pension Fund, specializing in the construction and management of high-quality buildings. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Jakarta. This is a full-time opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects within a stable corporate environment.
As a Site Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between the project management team and on-site execution. Your primary focus will be ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to engineering specifications, design drawings, and strict safety standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining project timelines, managing site quality, and resolving technical challenges effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring all work complies with technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Monitoring site operations to guarantee adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Liaising with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implementing timely solutions.
- Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure material availability and quality.
- Enforcing strict adherence to construction schedules to meet project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes (SNI) and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar tools is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Valid Site Engineer (SIP) certification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
