- Oversee daily operations and ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and labor allocation effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality control.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project reports and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and compliance.
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate risks during construction phases.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
