Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to meet project objectives
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Implement sustainable construction practices and environmental protocols
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks proactively
- Prepare progress reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Stakeholder communication and client relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project supervision
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- PRC license as Civil Engineer preferred
