We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project -In-Charge to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects in Bacoor City, Cavite. This is a key leadership role where you will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations from mobilization to final turnover. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost-efficiency while strictly adhering to established schedules and client requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily site operations and manage the construction workflow from start to finish.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor project schedules to guarantee timely mobilization and turnover of the project.
- Manage project budgets and control costs to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve on-site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication with the client regarding project status and deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Project In-Charge or Site Supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Valid Professional License (if applicable) and updated knowledge of local building codes.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications.
