About the Role

As the Project In Charge, you will be responsible for managing all phases of residential construction projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be key to delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing architectural residential projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Licensed Architect or Engineer is preferred.
