Kempal Construction & Supply Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project In Charge to join our expanding team in Makati City. As a key player in our project management unit, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction activities, ensuring that all projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong background in site supervision and project execution. You will act as the primary liaison between the head office and field operations, managing labor, materials, and sub-contractors to maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site staff to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Monitor and manage on-site material inventories and equipment usage to prevent wastage.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols (OSHA/local regulations) across the project site.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly progress reports to the project manager.
- Troubleshoot site-specific technical issues and coordinate solutions with engineers and architects.
- Manage site manpower allocation to ensure maximum productivity throughout the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction management field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, shop drawings, and construction scheduling software.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced construction environment.
- Valid professional license (e.g., PRC) is an advantage but not required for all levels.
