As the Project In Charge, you will oversee the full lifecycle of construction activities, from initial site preparation to final handover. You will act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, stakeholders, and site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and professional excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress and prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and environmental regulations across the construction site.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and equipment allocation to minimize waste.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Solve on-site technical issues and bottlenecks efficiently to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction management field.
- Licensed Engineer (CE) preferred but not required if equivalent experience is extensive.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
