We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project-In-Charge Engineer to assist the Project Manager in overseeing HVAC construction projects on-site. - Oversee daily on-site HVAC construction activities and ensure strict adherence to engineering plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and installation of materials.
- Monitor project progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Liaise directly with clients and the Project Manager to provide regular updates and report on project status.
- Manage project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Civil/Industrial/Architectural Licensure is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC construction project management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, and mechanical installation processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Class 4) is required.
