Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end HR projects including culture transformation, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement programs
  • Develop project plans with clear milestones, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify people-related challenges and design innovative solutions
  • Manage stakeholder communications and ensure cross-functional alignment on HR initiatives
  • Monitor project performance using HR analytics and adjust strategies based on data insights
  • Oversee implementation of HR technology systems and process improvements
  • Ensure all projects comply with Singapore labor laws and company policies
  • Mentor HR team members and build capabilities in project management methodologies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in project leadership roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex HR transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Commercial acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR strategies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Change management certification or equivalent practical experience
