Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end HR projects including culture transformation, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement programs
- Develop project plans with clear milestones, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with department heads to identify people-related challenges and design innovative solutions
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure cross-functional alignment on HR initiatives
- Monitor project performance using HR analytics and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Oversee implementation of HR technology systems and process improvements
- Ensure all projects comply with Singapore labor laws and company policies
- Mentor HR team members and build capabilities in project management methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in project leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex HR transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor regulations and HR best practices
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Commercial acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Change management certification or equivalent practical experience
