Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, testing) to ensure alignment
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources within budget constraints
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular progress reporting
- Implement project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Mentor team members and foster collaborative problem-solving culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT project leadership roles
- Proven expertise in coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
