Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies for beach club operations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for logistics services
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation to prevent shortages
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Track logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate cross-departmental logistics planning for events and operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or project coordination
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with local regulations and customs procedures in Bali
