Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules for construction projects
- Monitor equipment performance and implement preventative maintenance protocols
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Optimize maintenance workflows to minimize project downtime and costs
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and safety standards
- Manage maintenance budgets and resource procurement efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project maintenance
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and maintenance techniques
- Certification in project management or construction maintenance preferred
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for coordinating multidisciplinary teams
