Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within retail or consumer products.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
