We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Consultant to join our team based in Lucena City, Quezon. This is a full-time opportunity to lead critical projects within the retail and consumer products sector, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As a consultant, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement across all phases.
Your primary duties will include developing detailed project plans, defining project scope and objectives, allocating resources effectively, and managing budgets. You will track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on course. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be the central point of contact for team members, vendors, and senior management. You will also conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will be expected to apply project management best practices, contribute to process optimization, and mentor junior team members when needed.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to management.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial targets.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client and organizational requirements.
- Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within retail or consumer products.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
