Join Manila Water Company, Inc. as a Project Management Engineer - Construction and play a pivotal role in delivering critical infrastructure projects. This position requires hands-on leadership in ensuring construction activities align with approved plans, quality benchmarks, and stringent health and safety protocols. You will oversee daily site operations, monitor progress against timelines, and maintain comprehensive documentation of project milestones. As a key liaison between contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you'll facilitate seamless coordination while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence through rigorous compliance checks and transparent reporting mechanisms, ensuring all projects meet regulatory standards and organizational objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Daily supervision and monitoring of construction activities for compliance with approved plans and specifications
- Enforce strict adherence to quality control, health, and safety standards across all site operations
- Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports, including issue tracking and resolution documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify implementation of corrective actions
- Manage project documentation including permits, inspection reports, and compliance certificates
- Facilitate communication between site teams and senior management regarding project status
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of Philippine construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Certified Safety Officer (CSO) or similar safety certification preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Experience in water infrastructure or utility projects highly advantageous
