Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
