We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Management Manager to join our expanding construction team in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from conception through to successful handover. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all work is completed within strict timelines, budgetary constraints, and safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary construction project teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for large-scale construction developments.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external consultants, architects, and government regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety standards and quality control protocols across all project sites.
- Manage project financial performance, including tracking costs, approving variations, and mitigating financial risks.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive problem-solving strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed status reports to senior management regarding project health, progress, and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on large-scale development projects.
- Proven ability to navigate local construction regulations and building codes within the Central Region.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project).
- Deep analytical capabilities for financial tracking, risk management, and scheduling optimization.
