Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
- Act as the primary liaison between local teams in Indonesia and the headquarters in China, requiring frequent use of Mandarin.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocating resources effectively to maximize productivity and project success.
- Monitor project performance, prepare detailed progress reports, and present updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all project participants.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for this role.
- Proven experience as a Project Management Officer, Project Manager, or similar leadership role within the IT or Telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Willingness to work on a contractual basis in Jakarta Selatan.
