Eraya is looking for a highly skilled Project Management Office Manager to lead our Talent Pool initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of our project management resources, ensuring we have the right talent in place to drive business success. You will work closely with leadership to define PMO standards, streamline project delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our retail operations.
As a key member of our consulting and strategy team, you will bridge the gap between operational needs and talent strategy. This position requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams or talent pools. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the Project Management Talent Pool to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
- Analyze project performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and coordinate project delivery between departments.
- Develop and mentor project management professionals within the talent pool to enhance their skill sets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive the adoption of project management tools and software to increase efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management or Project Management Office (PMO) roles.
- Strong background in the Retail industry is highly preferred.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, or managing internal talent pools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
