We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Project Management Office (PMO) Division Head to lead our enterprise-level initiatives in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our organizational efficiency, ensuring that complex IT and operational projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our long-term business objectives.
As the PMO Division Head, you will define project management standards, oversee portfolio governance, and provide executive-level reporting to drive informed decision-making. You will manage a high-performing team of project managers, fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and implement PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
- Oversee the entire project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and resource optimization.
- Provide expert guidance to project teams, removing bottlenecks and mitigating risks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage budgets, and report on portfolio status.
- Mentor and lead a team of project managers to foster a culture of professional growth and high performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools to enhance organizational maturity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or PMO management role.
- Strong certification profile: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing complex, large-scale IT and digital transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or ServiceNow) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of business acumen.
