Erajaya is seeking a seasoned and strategic Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our high-performing team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our organizational efficiency, overseeing complex project portfolios that align with our long-term business objectives. As we continue to scale our retail footprint and digital transformation initiatives, we need a leader who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining standards, processes, and governance frameworks that ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will mentor project managers, manage cross-functional dependencies, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making. Tanggung Jawab

  • Establish and maintain the PMO framework, including standardized processes, templates, and reporting methodologies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance, budget utilization, and resource allocation to executive stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments, including IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery speed and organizational agility.
  • Mentor and coach project team members to foster a culture of professional excellence and accountability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or PMP/Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in the Retail industry is highly preferred; experience in large-scale organizational transformations is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
