Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain the PMO framework, including standardized processes, methodologies, and reporting tools.
- Lead and mentor project management teams to ensure consistent delivery across all operational business units.
- Provide strategic oversight on project portfolios, ensuring alignment with Erajaya’s long-term business objectives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project turnaround time.
- Manage project governance, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and risk management protocols.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure seamless execution of large-scale operational initiatives.
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards to provide transparency on project health, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a PMO Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
- Proven expertise in managing complex operational projects within a large-scale corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for cross-functional success.
