Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project phases
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and proactively address scope creep or delays
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project vulnerabilities
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including status reports and post-mortem analyses
- Drive process improvements through agile methodologies and PMO best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in corporate or agency environments
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project governance frameworks
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven settings with competing priorities
