Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent project management credentials
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
