Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear project specifications.
- Coordinate between stakeholders, IT teams, and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and report project status to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and post-implementation reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role within the IT or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
