Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock monitoring, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution to ensure 98%+ accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement and production planning teams to forecast material demand and optimize inventory turnover.
- Manage project-specific supply documentation, tracking procurement milestones against contractual timelines.
- Implement and maintain inventory control protocols within the ERP/MRP system to ensure data integrity.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and generate comprehensive monthly reports for management.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, proposing strategic improvements to streamline material flow.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety standards, quality regulations, and inventory handling procedures.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to project managers to guarantee on-time project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, or project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
- Strong understanding of inventory valuation, material requirements planning (MRP), and logistics principles.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Willingness to be fully based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
