Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project schedule and budget.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing robust mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant industry standards, quality specifications, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction, marine, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Resourceful, proactive, and positive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and safety standards in Singapore.
