As a key player in the nation's food supply chain, we continue to grow our footprint in Metro Manila and surrounding areas, requiring a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team on a Contract/Temp basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring our capital expenditure projectsāranging from new factory builds to major facility upgradesāare executed flawlessly, safely, and sustainably.
In this high-visibility role, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle. You will be the key liaison between our internal operations, finance, and maintenance teams and our external partners in design and construction. Your ability to navigate the complexities of Philippine construction regulation, coupled with a deep understanding of the specific needs of a food-grade environment (hygiene, sanitation, cold chain logistics), will ensure projects not only meet but exceed industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, including design, procurement, permitting, construction, and turnover.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones using MS Project or Primavera.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and Philippine DOH/FDA regulations for food facilities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance.
- Manage project budgets, approve change orders, and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Lead project meetings, prepare comprehensive status reports, and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
- Oversee the commissioning, qualification, and handover of facilities to the operations and maintenance teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Licensed Engineer or Architect (PRC license is required).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Experience in food manufacturing, cold storage, or industrial plant construction is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, procurement strategies, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to work in various sites across Metro Manila and can start immediately (Urgent requirement).
