- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and adjust plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships to maintain quality and cost control.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and project documentation to clients and leadership.
- Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and risks proactively to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
