Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for construction and electrical initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget control
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project progress through KPI tracking and provide regular stakeholder updates
- Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships
- Overcome technical challenges and resolve project bottlenecks
- Ensure successful project handover and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction/electrical sectors
- PMP or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Strong expertise in budget management and cost control
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and standards
