We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our elevator and general construction projects based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a ground-floor opportunity to take full ownership of critical projects, driving them from initial award through to successful completion and client handover.
As the Project Manager, your strategic oversight will ensure every phase of the project adheres to strict timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols. You will serve as the central nexus for all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, mitigating risks, and navigating the complexities inherent in modern construction.
We are looking for a leader who balances deep technical knowledge with outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Experience with vertical transportation systems (elevators/escalators) is a major plus, as it allows for immediate impact on our core operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for elevator and construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk registers using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Monitor financial performance, process progress billings, and control project costs to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce strict quality control and safety compliance standards.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations and providing transparent, timely updates.
- Prepare and submit accurate project status reports, change orders, and documentation to senior management.
- Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, documentation turnover, and client handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in managing construction projects, preferably with exposure to elevator, escalator, or MEP systems.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and drafting tools (AutoCAD).
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine building codes, safety regulations (OSHA/DOLE standards), and construction best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
