Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for power infrastructure and construction projects in Isabela.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure optimal ROI and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress daily and proactively resolve bottlenecks to prevent project delays.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and progress updates for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Implement strict compliance with environmental and industrial safety protocols (DOLE/OSHA standards).
- Ensure the seamless integration of engineering specifications with field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; a valid Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically within the power, energy, or large-scale construction sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site construction teams.
- Deep understanding of Philippine construction standards, safety regulations, and government permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a high-pressure, technical environment.
- Willingness to be based in Cauayan City, Isabela.
