Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor industrial engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders
- Manage maintenance operations to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or industrial engineering sector
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry
