Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full project lifecycle from site possession to handover, ensuring all milestones are met with precision.
- Manage project budgets, including cost control, variation orders, and progress claims to ensure financial health.
- Coordinate and oversee sub-contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain seamless site operations.
- Ensure stringent compliance with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and resolving complex issues.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure workmanship meets the high standards of Lum Chang.
- Optimize resource allocation, including manpower and machinery, to maximize site productivity.
Kualifikasi
- A recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience leading large-scale building projects (SGD 50M+) in the Singapore market.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse project teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and BIM technologies.
- Professional certification such as PMP or PE is highly advantageous.
