Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution in construction environments
- Coordinate resources, vendors, and subcontractors to optimize project timelines and budgets
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and proactively address project bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Manage stakeholder communications and reporting across project phases
- Lead project teams through agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for future initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in construction
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulatory frameworks
- Certified Project Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timeline constraints
