Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress against the project timeline and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards on-site.
- Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors effectively.
- Prepare regular progress reports and manage project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations in Kalimantan.
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
