Thong Huat Brothers (Pte) Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a full-scale HDB BTO project. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing diverse teams, and ensuring that all construction activities are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. You will serve as the primary bridge between stakeholders, contractors, and the client, ensuring that the project milestones are met without compromising on quality.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle, specifically within public housing projects. You will drive performance, manage resources effectively, and implement robust quality control measures to guarantee the timely and successful completion of the development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the HDB BTO project from planning, design coordination, to final handover.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, including site agents, foremen, and subcontractors, to ensure strict adherence to work schedules.
- Monitor project progress against the Master Programme and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes throughout the construction process.
- Manage project budgets and costs, preparing accurate progress claims and variations.
- Liaise effectively with government authorities (BTO, HDB), consultants, and internal management to resolve technical and administrative issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and statutory submissions.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and budget.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably within HDB BTO or mass residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s building codes, safety standards, and tendering procedures.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex construction schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in the use of project management software and MS Office suite.
- Possession of relevant professional licenses or certifications (e.g., PE, RIBA) is highly preferred.
