Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize project delivery and adaptability
- Stakeholder management across departments including engineering, operations, and senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in manufacturing or FMCG
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage complex budgets and timelines
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
