We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. As a key member of the BBSB Holdings team, you will orchestrate complex construction initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role involves meticulous planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination to drive project success. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain alignment while proactively mitigating risks and resolving challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project progress and budget adherence, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence throughout all project phases
- Manage stakeholder communications and client relationships to maintain satisfaction
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential delays or cost overruns
- Lead project closeout processes including documentation and handover procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia for stakeholder communication
