Join Sunrise Steel, a leading Indonesian manufacturer specializing in high-quality Baja Lapis Aluminium Seng (BjLAS) materials with extended durability. As we expand our operations, we seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee critical construction projects and drive operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless project delivery in Indonesia's dynamic construction sector. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that meet our 'Longer Usage Term' material philosophy while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and quality standards
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Implement sustainable construction practices aligned with Sunrise Steel's material innovation goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or manufacturing
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management methodology
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards
- Experience with BjLAS or similar metal materials preferred
