MIESCOR is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead our construction initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and site inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in Metro Manila.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK) and software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
