Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of construction projects from initiation to closure
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
