Tanggung Jawab
- Define and manage the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor project progress regularly and report status to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of project phases.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position in the IT or Telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
