Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance
- Implement risk management strategies and mitigation plans throughout project lifecycle
- Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing projects in Klang Valley region
