We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in payment and cross-border payment systems to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects within the rapidly evolving financial services sector. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payment processing, transaction flows, and international financial systems, with particular emphasis on emerging markets in India and South Asia. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable payment solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex regulatory environments while optimizing operational efficiency in cross-border transactions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for payment and cross-border payment solutions
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and budget management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, compliance officers, and regional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international payment regulations (PCI DSS, KYC/AML) across South Asian markets
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, and technical integrations
- Implement Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder management across India, Malaysia, and other key operational regions
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to optimize payment system performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in payment or fintech industry
- Proven track record in managing cross-border payment projects with India/South Asia focus
- Strong understanding of payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, UPI, RTGS) and settlement processes
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Knowledge of international financial regulations (FATF, RBI guidelines)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work in ambiguous environments
