Fedapi Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and strategic Project Manager to lead our construction initiatives. In this key role, you will guide projects from the initial concept phase through to final completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering cross-functional teams toward specific targets, with a particular focus on mastering the "Iron Triangle" of project management: balancing Scope, Time, and Cost. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Your ability to navigate complex challenges while maintaining tight schedules and budgets will be critical to our success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from concept to final handover.
- Manage the "Iron Triangle" to effectively balance project scope, time constraints, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress closely and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
