Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting to ensure cost control
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning protocols
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction industry
- Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
