Are you a dynamic Project Manager passionate about bringing global entertainment projects to life? We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our entertainment initiatives from concept to completion, managing the entire project lifecycle across major IP partnerships and immersive live experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex entertainment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, marketing, and external partners, to align project objectives with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the entertainment industry, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of global IP partnerships. You should be adept at risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring all project milestones are achieved successfully.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for global entertainment initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project alignment
- Manage relationships with major IP partners and stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed
- Monitor project progress against milestones, making adjustments to ensure successful delivery
- Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, communicating status, challenges, and achievements
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the entertainment industry
- Proven track record of managing global projects with major IP partnerships
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges
