Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Manage project resources, ensuring the right team is in place to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and performance to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in construction activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- PMP certification is a strong plus.
