In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that infrastructure developments and operational enhancements are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, stakeholders, and external contractors, facilitating seamless communication to drive project success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of port infrastructure projects from initiation to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and quality control protocols.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.
- Report project progress, challenges, and milestones to senior management stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Project Management within the construction or industrial sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors and manage external contractors.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites within Pulau Indah and Klang.
